WHAT IT IS
Professional 3D printing with the ProJet MJP 3600
We use the 3D Systems ProJet MJP 3600 — a professional-grade multi-jet printer that produces parts with exceptional surface finish, fine detail and high accuracy. This is a significant step above the quality you'll get from a typical online bureau, and the results speak for themselves.
Every part we print is hand finished by our team before delivery — removing support material, cleaning surfaces and preparing parts to the standard you need, whether that's a concept model, an appearance prototype, or a master ready for vacuum casting.
THE PROCESS
Send us your CAD
Upload your CAD file. We'll review it and advise on orientation and support strategy for the best possible result.
We print in-house
Your part is printed on our ProJet MJP 3600. We monitor every job personally to ensure accuracy and surface quality.
Post-processing & delivery
Parts are cleaned, finished and inspected, then finished to your specification, ready to use as appearance models or masters for vacuum casting.
